Horizontal screw belt mixerworking principle
The design features a U-shaped horizontal cylinder with a built-in mixing shaft, which is equipped with inner and outer double-layer screw belts. When the mixing shaft rotates, the inner and outer screw belts work together to extensively flip the material. The inner screw belt pushes the material to move towards both sides, while the outer screw belt gathers the material from both sides inward, forming a back and forth mixing of the material. At the same time, some materials move axially and radially under the push of the screw, forming a convective cycle. This complex stirring motion enables the material to achieve rapid and uniform mixing in a short period of time.
Widely used in industries such as chemical, pharmaceutical, food, compound fertilizers, health products, dyes, pigments, rubber, building materials, milk powder, feed, additives, animal husbandry, biotechnology, fine chemicals, ceramics, refractory materials, rare earths, plastic glass, as well as new materials and nuclear energy materials. It is particularly suitable for mixing solid (powder to powder) and powder to slurry materials.

5. Flexible discharge: There are various discharge methods, including insert plate discharge, pneumatic large door structure (suitable for powder materials, fast discharge, no residue), and manual or pneumatic butterfly valve (suitable for high fineness materials or semi fluid materials).
6. Reliable transmission: The small-sized mixer adopts a reducer direct connection method, with a simple structure, reliable operation, and easy maintenance. The large-scale mixer is driven by a belt pulley to drive the reducer, and the elastic connection of the belt transmission can protect the transmission components when overloaded.
