The horizontal pipeline threaded connection lubricating oil flow switch is mainly used for monitoring the lubricating oil flow in the pipeline and outputting the switch. When the flow exceeds or falls below the preset switch point, the flow switch can output a control signal, which can be set at any position in the range. The target flow switch adopts a conical measuring tube and a measuring target. When the fluid passes through the conical tube, the measuring target generates displacement according to the size of the flow rate. The displacement of the measuring target is balanced by the spring balance force, and transmitted to the indicator system through a magnetic coupling system, thereby achieving flow monitoring and control.

Location selection: Horizontal pipelines should be installed first in the 3/9 o'clock direction, avoiding bubbles at the top and impurities at the bottom; Select the 6 o'clock direction (suitable for cleaning oil) and disable the 12 o'clock direction.
Requirements for straight pipe sections: upstream and downstream must be at least 5 times the diameter of the pipe, away from interference sources such as pump outlets, elbows, and tees.
