3. Testing steps and working principle of horizontal guardrail thrust meter and safety fence detector

Before testing, select a suitable reaction force support point, adjust the appropriate distance through the thread of the thrust gauge, assemble the pressure sensor, and connect the digital display. The reaction force support point is on the same horizontal plane as the guardrail. Connect the hydraulic pump quick connector to the hydraulic cylinder correctly, open the instrument to reset the data, tighten the hydraulic pump unloading valve clockwise, and start pressurizing until the specified detection force value is reached. Release the unloading valve counterclockwise and observe if the guardrail is deformed.

Force measurement

2. Press the 'Reset' button again to reset the displayed value on the instrument panel.

3. Press the peak button to enter the peak measurement state of the instrument.

4. Pressurize, the maximum value will be maintained at all times.

After the measurement is completed, press the 'Save' button to select 'Save', and the instrument will automatically save the measurement results. This instrument can store 200 pieces of data, making it convenient for users to store and protect data more effectively.
