Organic heat carrier boilers are boilers made using coal, heavy oil, light oil, combustible gases, and other combustible materials as fuels and heat transfer oil as the heat carrier. Using a circulating oil pump to transfer heat to the heating equipment, and then returning it to the reheated DC special industrial furnace, heat transfer oil, also known as organic heat carrier or heat medium oil. As an intermediate heat transfer medium, it has been used in industrial heat transfer processes for over fifty years.

Add a steam boiler to cold water, heat the cold water into a steam heating device, and condense the steam into 60-70 ℃ before discharging. Therefore, it plays a role in energy conservation and consumption reduction.
The gas thermal oil heating furnace adopts a circulating oil pump to force liquid-phase circulation, transferring heat energy to the thermal equipment, and returning to the heating furnace after one heating in the industrial furnace. Widely used in industries such as petrochemicals, textiles, printing and dyeing, plastics, rubber, food processing, wood processing, asphalt heating, cardboard boxes, etc. It can also be baked, steamed, molded, dissolved, and dried at temperatures ≤ 350 ℃.
This series of boilers has a compact heating surface structure. The heating surface is composed of tightly arranged disks inside and outside. The inner spiral tube is a radiating heating surface, while the outer surface of the outer spiral tube forms a convective heating surface with the inner tube. The boiler consists of upper and lower combustion chambers, which are assembled on-site. After sufficient combustion in the combustion chamber, the radiation heating surface absorbs most of the heat, and the high-temperature flue gas enters the convection heating surface for heat exchange. After the air required for boiler combustion leaves the boiler, it is heated in the air preheater, and the flue gas enters the chimney and is discharged into the atmosphere through the induced draft fan and dust collector.
