Homogeneous reactorThe box is made of high-quality steel plate by punching, with a surface spray treatment, and the inner liner is made of high-quality mirror stainless steel plate. The insulation layer is filled with mineral wool, and the box door is equipped with a temperature control display screen and operation buttons.
The main component of the temperature control system is the temperature controller. It is a digital circuit controller (referred to as a temperature controller) with a CPU programmable processor. The temperature controller adopts an LCD blue display screen, which has humanized screen display and PID adjustment characteristics, timing control, temperature control error correction, deviation alarm protection and other functions. A closed-loop heating control system is composed of a Pt100 platinum resistor as the temperature sensing element, a metal tube heater as the heating element, and a temperature controller.
The air circulation system consists of fans and air ducts. By using the operation of the fan, the exchange and circulation of cold and hot air in the working room are forced, thereby improving the uniformity of the temperature field in the working room.

Installation of hydrothermal kettle
Before installing the water heater, first check that the equipment is in good condition and that the water heater is ready for installation. Check the sealing status of each water heater, then open the box door and loosen the top wire on the clamp ring. Place the water heater in sequence, and the installation of the water heater should be symmetrically placed and locked with each top wire.
