The 10ml and 20ml reactors have a kettle lid with a nut and a cross connection.

The upper part of the cross is usually occupied by an internal temperature controller, and the two side arms are generally connected to the medium and pressure gauge.

The reactor can be heated with a magnetic stirrer and stirred with a stirrer.

50 mlreactor

Heat with a heating sleeve and stir from the top.

Cooling plates can be used for cooling.

A heating magnetic stirrer can be used for heating and stirring.

It consists of a kettle lid with a nut and three connecting heads.

Can be used for installing magnetic coupling stirrers, temperature controllers, and connecting media.

100-250 mlreactor

Equipped with seven flange covers for connecting outlets, three of which are located on the outside of the kettle cover for easy operation.

The central outlet is used by a magnetically coupled mixing motor.

The reactor is made of SS 1.4571 stainless steel (SS 316 Ti) or Hastelloy C4.

Heating with a heating sleeve can be achieved through cooling plates or internal cooling circuits.

Use a top mounted mixer to stir with maximum torque of 20 or 50 NCM.

The Vl hiclave hydrogen module automatically executes the entire program, including inert gas cleaning and reactor leak testing.

Introduce inert gas into the reactor to achieve a maximum adjustable pressure level for inflation.

The cleaning cycle can be repeated as needed, and then pressure tested with inert gas.

The testing time and the scale of passing the test can be freely selected.

Only after passing the test, the reaction gas is released for cleaning. Once the set pressure is reached, the program starts.

The built-in gas consumption measurement unit can record kinetic data, and the gas consumption rate can also be used as a standard for terminating reactions

The monitoring data is automatically recorded and presented in the report, and the dynamic analysis and measurement process of the gas consumption curve are completed simultaneously.
