High voltage differential probe 100M/3000V
The differential amplifier circuit of the SRS5000 series high-voltage differential probe uses a large number of integrated blocks. Compared with traditional differential amplifiers, it has a significant advantage in suppressing common mode noise when processing high-frequency signals. Common mode noise is not desirable to encounter in our differential amplifier circuit, so the performance of differential probes is often measured by the Common Mode Rejection Ratio (CMRR). The following image demonstrates that the SRS5000 series high-voltage differential probe has a good suppression effect on common mode noise.

High voltage differential probe 100M/3000VThere are two attenuation levels available, 1/100 and 1/1000, with differential mode measurement ranges of 300V (DC+peak AC) and 3000V (DC+peak AC), respectively; This model has sound and light alarm function and can be manually turned off; The probe is equipped with a standard BNC output interface, which can be used with any manufacturer's oscilloscope. This series has a compact and beautiful appearance, a sturdy and durable structure, and high stability and accuracy.

Nanjing Sangrun Si Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. has launched a high-performance R&D high-voltage differential probe SRS5200 (200M/1500V) suitable for testing in high-frequency situations. A typical example is the debugging of the drive circuit. Please see the following figure:

Figure (1) shows the voltage waveform of the driving circuit tested using other differential probes in blue, Figure (2) shows the voltage waveform of the driving circuit tested using SRS5200 in purple, and the current waveform tested using SRS6150 in green. It is obvious that the purple waveform tested by SRS5200 is cleaner, with no driving overshoot, and the oscillation of resonant current is reduced by about half. The influence of voltage probes on current probes is rare in low-frequency converters. Even if the driving is a bit unsightly in the low-frequency range, the current is basically not affected. But now when conducting high-frequency driving tests, the impact of voltage probes on current probes is very obvious. The driving circuit is a square wave with rich harmonic content on the rising and falling edges. In addition, the switching tube can cause severe interference due to high voltage and high current when turned on and off. The SRS5200 solves this problem by producing cleaner waveforms during testing, reducing misjudgments in analysis and avoiding confusion in some unrealistic waveforms, thus improving work efficiency.
