When using, the cold liquid in the user's own low-temperature tank should be connected to the cooling device (water cooling can also be used when the temperature is not high). During the atmosphere protection experiment, air can be extracted and a falling gas can be introduced to prevent oxidation and decarburization of the high-temperature heated workpiece, which is used for high-temperature sintering under gas protection. It can also be used for ordinary quenching and other heat treatment processes. When using the furnace, it is necessary to evacuate the furnace or fill it with a falling gas and turn on the water cooling device before heating up.


Operating instructions reference:
The vacuum box atmosphere furnace has the characteristic of good sealing. Equipped with vacuum pressure gauge, double headed valve inlet pipe, single headed valve outlet pipe, safety cover, and silicone tube. Can be used for high-temperature atmosphere protection experiments with higher purity concentrations. The furnace mouth is equipped with a cooling device, which must be connected to refrigerant when in use. Special instructions for operation:
(1) Equipped with a vacuum pump, extract the air from the furnace to the negative position of the vacuum gauge. After about 30 minutes, allow the air in the gap between the insulation layer to release, then continue to draw it to the bottom and fill it with falling gas to return the pointer to 0 position;
(2) When using a vacuum box atmosphere furnace as a regular furnace, the valve needs to be opened to prevent gas expansion inside the furnace; Connect the cooling water pipe on the furnace door to protect the sealing strip from high temperature damage;
(3) After completing the above content, set the required temperature program on the operation panel;
(4) At the end of the experiment, it is necessary to ensure that the temperature inside the furnace is within a safe range of below 100 degrees, and the furnace door can only be opened after opening the air valve.

4、 Precautions
A. The cooling device interface needs to be connected with coolant before heating up;
B. Suitable for heating up under atmosphere protection or vacuum state;
C. It is strictly prohibited to raise the temperature without atmosphere protection or in a non vacuum state, or by placing objects with gas expansion
The casing of the D instrument must be effectively grounded to ensure safe use.
The E instrument should be placed indoors with good ventilation, and flammable and explosive materials should not be placed around it.
This instrument does not have explosion-proof devices and is not allowed to contain flammable and explosive materials.
After the G instrument finishes working, turn off the instrument fifteen minutes later to facilitate heat dissipation
H. After using the furnace, it is necessary to wait until the furnace temperature drops to at least 100 degrees Celsius, open the valve to release air, and then open the furnace door, otherwise there may be safety hazards and even personal injury.


Attention: The furnace blockage at the entrance must be blocked before closing the door and heating up

The furnace is designed with a water circulation cooling device with a protective sealing strip at the furnace door. When the furnace is used at high temperature for the first time, there will be an automatic cracking process at the intersection of hot and cold at the furnace mouth, which is a normal phenomenon (cracks will not deepen or increase after long-term use). Cracks are conducive to the shrinkage effect of the intersection of hot and cold at the furnace mouth!
Regarding corrosive gases and special volatile compounds, please specify when placing an order. Other furnace sizes can be customized according to customer requirements;

The vacuum experimental tube furnace has the characteristics of good vacuum degree, high cleanliness, and good corrosion resistance; Box type vacuum furnaces are usually used when they cannot be placed in a tube furnace due to the shape of the sample; For production purposes, it is recommended to choose a production-oriented vacuum furnace
