Product Features
The series of high-pressure blowers developed by our company are independently developed based on the reference of advanced technology, especially by optimizing and improving the pump body and impeller, greatly improving the adaptability and universality of the product. The series of high-pressure fan products mainly have the following characteristics:
(1) The project uses an AC motor as the drive and directly installs the impeller on the motor rotor to achieve contactless compression, ensuring that the vortex air pump can maintain continuous and efficient operation for up to 20000 hours under zero maintenance.
(2) By using dual frequency wide voltage technology, the protection level reaches IP55 (insulation level F or H), meeting the needs of current frequency and voltage in different regions around the world. It has the advantages of good frequent start-up performance, strong overload capacity, fast automatic protection start-up, safety and reliability.
(3) Adopting a pre bearing structure, the pump bearings are installed outside the compression chamber to achieve maximum dynamic balance configuration, enabling arbitrary installation of the product and maintaining long-term continuous balanced operation; This structure has a fast heat dissipation speed, ensuring the reliability of the fan even in high-pressure environments.
(4) The whole machine adopts an oil-free device, and the transmission system does not require lubrication. To broaden the application scope of the product, it can be used in medical equipment with strict air quality requirements, precision printing in the printing industry, and integrated circuit manufacturing processes in the electronics industry. At the same time, efficient work does not require other auxiliary equipment and reduces operating costs.
(5) The design of the impeller and air duct has been accurately calculated and verified. After optimizing the blade length, air duct curvature, and curvature, compared with similar products, the performance has been improved by more than 30% under the same power input, and the product has lower wind noise, with the whole machine running below 70 decibels.
(6) Compared to other types of vacuum pumps, it has the advantages of smooth operation, low noise, and energy saving; Positive and negative pressure, flow rate, efficiency and other indicators meet the standards of Siemens gas ring fans in Germany; The whole machine has a compact structure, light weight, and small volume; High working pressure difference, dual-use for blowing and suction.


Selection and after-sales service of high-pressure blower
Due to the widespread use of high-pressure blowers, their selection is also relatively complex. Generally speaking, the following two steps need to be followed:
1. Need to determine what function of the high-pressure blower is used on site, whether it is suction or blowing, and find the corresponding pressure flow curve of the high-pressure blower; If the curve is misread, sometimes the selected product cannot be used;
2. Based on the calculated pressure and flow rate, find the working curve above the corresponding working point that satisfies both pressure and flow rates on the curve graph; Then select the high-pressure blower model based on the working curve; As long as it is a different work site, its requirements for pressure and flow rate are different, so in order to obtain relatively accurate data, relevant calculations need to be carried out. Our company has a complete after-sales system to actively respond to and handle customer after-sales issues, generally including the following common after-sales handling situations.
1: If the quality problem of the fan itself causes the fan to not function properly, please contact our after-sales customer service. In this case, we will directly replace it with a new one, which can be processed on the same day at the earliest. (Our company has complete factory product testing, and it is basically impossible for unqualified products to leave the factory)
2: If the fan is damaged by human factors or has problems due to other reasons, our company will charge a cost for repairing the fan.
3: If the performance of the fan selected by our company does not meet the requirements for use, you can directly contact our customer service personnel for return and exchange processing.
