FOAMSCAN HTMP produced by French company TekrisHigh temperature foam scanning analyzerIt is used to characterize the characteristics of foam produced by injecting gas into liquid through porous media under high temperature and pressure, such as foaming property and stability, foam size and distribution, etc. The working temperature can reach up to 120 ° C and the working pressure can reach up to 8 bar.

The real foam volume and liquid volume can be obtained by real-time tracking and analyzing the foam image with a CCD camera, and the results can be saved as photos or videos.
The software controls the flow rate of injected gas, and the foam volume is analyzed in real time by image analysis software. FOAMSCAN HTMP is equipped with a three walled glass cylindrical tube to control temperature (from an optional circulating bath) and pressure. The tube can also be equipped with electrodes to measure the liquid part of water-based foam through real-time conductivity.
FOAMSCAN HTMP can provide a second foam tube with a prism, which can analyze the size distribution of the foam at atmospheric pressure and up to 90 ℃.
FOAMSCAN HTMP is placed inside a protective cover to avoid light pollution during measurement and protect the instrument from dust.
