The cone plate measurement system with built-in temperature control system, Bolefei CAP2000+H high-temperature cone plate viscometer, is the choice for measuring the viscosity of high-temperature adhesives such as hot melt and asphalt (50-235 ℃). Meets measurement standards such as ASTM4287, BS3900, ISO2884, GB9751 high shear method, etc.

The new large screen can display all measurement parameters simultaneously, and the set data can be directly input through the Bolefei CAP2000+H high-temperature cone plate viscometer panel.

Accurate results can be obtained with a sample size of no more than 1ml. Easy to install and clean.

The Bolefei CAP2000+H high-temperature cone plate viscometer has automatic CONE/PLATE cone spacing gap adjustment.

The Bolefei CAP2000+H high-temperature cone plate viscometer can be automatically controlled and processed by PC through CAPCALCTM. It is used as a rheometer and can detect samples under high shear, with a range of 10S-1 to 13300 S-1.

Two built-in temperature control options: L series: 5-75 ℃; H series: 50-235 ℃.

Customers can customize the torque range based on their actual situation (high torque range: 181000 dyne. cm, low torque range: 7970 dyne. cm).

Ten types of rotors are available for selection, suitable for different measurement ranges.

Each rotor has a viscosity standard liquid for calibration.
