threeEquipment working principle, structure and material

1. This device adopts the Balanced Temperature Control (BTC) method. In the case of continuous operation of the system, the control system automatically calculates the output of the heater based on the set temperature point through PID calculation, and finally achieves a dynamic balance.

2. Equipment structure

(1) The test box body is in the form of an integral structure, with the heating system located at the lower rear of the box and the control system located on the right side of the test box.

(2) In the air duct interlayer at the back of the studio, heaters, fans, and other devices are distributed. The test chamber is a single door and uses double-layer high-temperature aging resistant silicone rubber sealing strips.

(3) There is an observation window on the box door (Below 250 ℃).
