LKS1D5005C is a high-voltage single-phase IPM from Lingou Chuangxin, which integrates a high-voltage IC and high-performance 500v/5A MOSFET. It is suitable for DC brushless motors and permanent magnet synchronous motors. The source of the low side MOSFET can be used for current sampling, and the output terminal includes a Smith trigger with logic level capacity of 3.3V/5V/15V, packaged in ESOP13.
