Product Introduction:
The forced circulation evaporator is used to avoid scaling or crystallization of products boiling on the heating surface, for which the flow velocity in the tube must be fast.
When the circulating liquid flows through the heat exchanger, it is heated, and then when the pressure drops in the separator, some of the material liquid evaporates, thereby cooling the liquid to the boiling point temperature corresponding to the pressure. Due to the circulation pump, the operation of the evaporator is basically independent of temperature difference, and the material recirculation speed can be precisely adjusted. The evaporation rate is set within a certain range. In crystallization applications, crystals can be separated from the circulating crystal slurry by adjusting the circulation flow rate and using special separator designs.
Scope of application:
Forced circulation evaporator is suitable for evaporation and concentration in industries such as chemical, food, pharmaceutical, environmental engineering, waste liquid evaporation and recovery, which have scaling, crystallinity, heat sensitivity (low temperature), high concentration, high viscosity, and contain insoluble solids.
Equipment composition:
This equipment consists of various effect heaters, various effect evaporation separators, condensers (mixed or surface type), various effect forced circulation pumps, various material and liquid conveying pumps, vacuum pumps, condensate pumps, operating platforms, electrical instrument control cabinets, and internal pipeline valves.
Main features:
1. The equipment has a wide range of adaptability to the characteristics of the materials it processes. This mainly targets materials that are prone to scaling during the evaporation process, materials that undergo crystal precipitation during the evaporation process, materials that increase in viscosity with increasing concentration, materials with insoluble solids, etc;
During the evaporation process, the material is heated through forced circulation, resulting in fast flow velocity, uniform heating, high heat transfer coefficient, and prevention of dry wall phenomenon inside the tube.
3. The feed liquid is quickly heated by the heater through a forced circulation pump, and then directly enters the evaporator separator in a tangential manner from the top, resulting in good vapor-liquid separation effect.
4. The material is concentrated by vacuum low-temperature evaporation, coupled with continuous feeding and discharging, with short heating evaporation time, suitable for thermosensitive evaporation concentration of food sauces (such as tomato sauce, peach juice, apricot juice, carrot sauce, apple sauce, kiwi sauce, etc.).
5. The equipment has a compact structure, small footprint, smooth layout, easy operation, and stable performance.
6. The equipment can be equipped with an automation system to achieve automatic control of feed quantity, heating temperature, and discharge concentration. It can also be equipped with protective measures for sensitive materials in case of sudden power outages or malfunctions, as well as other automated operations and controls such as safety and alarm.
