Pilot working principle:

Under the reciprocating motion of the plunger, the material is transported to an adjustable valve group and subjected to strong compression. When passing through the flow limiting slit, it collides with the homogenization valve at an extremely fast speed, producing cavitation, impact, and shear effects, which evenly disperse the agglomerated material.
Weisi has over 10 types of homogeneous valve groups tailored for your application.
Carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs or SWNTs) are entirely composed of carbon atoms, and their geometric structure can be regarded as a single layer of graphene curled up. The structure determines the properties, therefore single-walled carbon nanotubes have excellent electronic, mechanical, and mechanical properties. Due to the strong van der Waals forces (~500eV/m) and large aspect ratios (>1000) between single-walled carbon nanotubes, they are often prone to forming large bundles that are difficult to disperse, greatly limiting their excellent performance and practical applications.

Through the combination of high-efficiency dispersing device nozzles and secondary valve technology, Weisi has improved its performance compared to ordinary homogenizer valve groups,High pressure turbulent disperserMore effective dispersion of carbon nanotubes.
