The valve fittings are in accordance with American standards, and the interfaces are all standard configurations. The valve can be connected to an inert gas cylinder for inert protection experimental reactions, achieving that the reactants do not come into direct contact with air.
Instructions:
1: Open the packaging, take out the kettle body and heater, add materials to the kettle body or insert conductive materials and tighten it into the heater. Open the control box to ensure safe contact between the power clamp and the electrode (note: for inert gas reactions such as hydrogenation, first connect the gas cylinder to the kettle body valve) Check that both the needle valve and the valve are in a closed circuit state. If simultaneous light irradiation reaction is required, the aperture of the light source should be compared to the transparent aperture of the reaction vessel. Connect the power supply to 220V and turn on the switch
2: Adjust the "mixing" knob clockwise and adjust it to the appropriate position according to the speed display for mixing When stirring large or viscous solutions, the knob can be adjusted appropriately to enhance the stirring force
3: Temperature setting: Press the "▲" key to heat up, or press the "▼" key to cool down, to quickly set the desired heating temperature, such as 100 ℃. When the green light is on, it indicates heating, and when the green light is off, it indicates stopping. The microcomputer will determine the heating amount based on the temperature difference between the set temperature and the current temperature, ensuring that there is no temperature shock and that the heating is done in one go. It will also maintain a balance of supply and heat dissipation between the set value and the displayed value at a temperature difference of ± 2.5 ℃, making the heating process easy to complete.
4: Self setting function: Activating the self setting function can shorten the heating time, reduce the flushing temperature, and achieve balance when there is no regularity between different heating stages or heating power and the amount of solution. However, after changing the heating medium or heating conditions, the self setting should be reset.
5: Start self-tuning: Press and hold the shift key "?" for 5 seconds, and the setting window number will flash to enter the self-tuning state. After three temperature pulses, the number will stop flashing, indicating that the self-tuning is complete and can be used. However, self-tuning needs to be used during initial heating, and the self-tuning performed midway is uncertain.
6: There is a rubber plug below the mixer to protect the external thermocouple socket from rust and to connect the internal wires. If unplugged, the internal probe will disconnect and the machine will stop working. If using an external thermocouple, the plug should be removed and stored. The external thermocouple plug should be inserted into the socket and the nut should be locked. Then, the stainless steel probe should be placed in the solution for temperature control and heating.
7: This electrical appliance is equipped with a break protection function. When the thermocouple connection is poor, the display window will show "1" or "hhhh" green light on the hundred position indicator, and the appliance will stop heating. It needs to be checked before use.
matters needing attention;
1: To ensure safe use, please connect the grounding wire and do not operate with empty materials or dry burning.
2: To prolong the use of the product, the motor of the magnetic stirrer is equipped with a fan cooling function. Therefore, when conducting heating experiments, especially high-temperature heating experiments, the instrument cannot be used solely for heating. The motor must be adjusted to rotate or rotate at medium speed (or idle). To prevent damage to motors and electrical appliances caused by high temperature radiation.
3: When the high-temperature heating is completed, please turn off the heating switch first, and wait for a few minutes for the remaining temperature to dissipate before turning off the stirring switch. The heating part has a high temperature, so be careful when working to avoid burns.
4: When using a new machine, it is normal for white smoke and odor to appear inside the sleeve heated by electric heating wire. The color changes from white to brown and then back to white. Due to the presence of oil and other compounds in the production process of fiberglass, it should be placed in a ventilated area and can be used normally after a few minutes of disappearance.
5: When the liquid enters the sleeve, please quickly turn off the power and place the instrument in a ventilated place until it is dry before use to avoid the danger of electric leakage or electrical short circuit.
6: When the environmental humidity is relatively high, there may be induced electricity transmitted through the insulation layer to the shell. Please make sure to ground the wire to avoid leakage. And pay attention to ventilation. The relative humidity range is 35% -85% (without condensation).
7: Please store the instrument in a dry and non corrosive environment when not in use for a long time.
