The Longgu high-pressure horizontal Roots blower is mainly composed of two three bladed rotors, a casing, and two parallel shafts. The casing can be divided into three categories: those with water cooling, those with air cooling, and those without cooling devices. The transmission mechanism is equipped with two gears of exactly the same style and size at the same end of the two shafts, which mesh with each other, directly connecting the driving shaft to the electric motor and driving the driven shaft to rotate in opposite directions through the gears. Performance Characteristics

Difference between vertical and horizontal Roots blowers

The structural forms of Roots blowers are divided into horizontal and vertical types. The horizontal Roots blower consists of two three bladed rotors, a casing, and two parallel shafts. The casing can be divided into three categories: those with water cooling, those with air cooling, and those without cooling devices. The transmission mechanism is equipped with two gears of exactly the same style and size at the same end of the two shafts, which mesh with each other, directly connecting the driving shaft to the electric motor and driving the driven shaft to rotate in opposite directions through the gears. Each rotor rotates once and can expel twice the shadow volume of air, so the active shaft exhausts four times the shadow volume of air every rotation. Advantages of wind turbines
