The ESSEN EA1 series gate valve bracket is equipped with a torque arm to prevent the valve stem from rotating, which can reduce the torque during the valve stem opening and closing process and accurately indicate the valve opening and closing position.

The ESSEN EA1 series gate valve packing gland adopts disc spring elastic load, which not only avoids excessive force on the packing causing excessive torque and packing damage, but also maintains long-term packing stress and improves sealing performance

The bottom of the packing chamber of the ESSEN EA1 series gate valve can be customized with pressure holes. When conventional time-consuming packing disassembly methods are not acceptable (such as in special nuclear facilities and toxic environments), old packing can be quickly disassembled and replaced with new packing.

The ESSEN EA1 series gate valve is equipped with a precise guiding mechanism for the gate and valve body, ensuring accurate sealing and positioning of the sealing surface between the gate and valve seat during valve switching and unbalanced pressure conditions of the medium, avoiding wear of the sealing surface caused by unbalanced stress.

The non optional stem of ESSEN EA1 series gate valves has high precision in roundness and straightness, and the stem can achieve better surface finish after polishing.

The ESSEN EA1 series gate valve is equipped with a preloading ring inside the high-strength graphite braided ring, which can pre form the packing and apply force to achieve sealing.

The ESSEN EA1 series gate valve has a pressure reverse sealing structure, which ensures reliable internal stopping of the valve stem and disc components, providing overall integrity. When the valve is opened, the pressure driven back seat can isolate the packing from the medium to extend the packing life.
