The ESSEN EA1 series gate valve bracket is equipped with a torque arm to prevent the valve stem from rotating, which can reduce the torque during the valve stem opening and closing process and accurately indicate the valve opening and closing position.

The packing gland adopts a disc spring elastic load, which not only avoids excessive force on the packing causing excessive torque and packing damage, but also maintains long-term packing stress and improves sealing performance

The bottom of the packing chamber can be customized with pressure holes, which can quickly disassemble old packing and replace it with new packing when conventional time-consuming packing disassembly methods are not acceptable, such as in special nuclear facilities and toxic environments.

The gate and valve body are equipped with precision guiding mechanisms to ensure precise sealing and positioning of the sealing surface between the gate and valve seat during valve opening and medium pressure imbalance conditions, avoiding wear of the sealing surface caused by unbalanced forces.

Non optional valve stems have high precision in roundness and straightness, and polished valve stems can achieve better surface smoothness.

A preloading ring is installed inside the high-strength graphite braided ring, which can pre form the packing and apply force to achieve sealing.

The pressure reverse sealing structure ensures reliable internal stopping of the valve stem and disc assembly, providing overall integrity. When the valve is opened, the pressure driven back seat can isolate the packing from the medium to extend the packing life.
