1、 Fault phenomenon: The pointer of the meter head shakes.
Reason 1: The amplifier amplification factor is too high.
Solution: Repair the amplifier and adjust the amplification factor.
Reason 2: Poor wiring contact.
Solution: Check and tighten the wiring terminals.
Reason 3: Poor contact of the connector.
Solution: Clean the connector.
2、 Fault phenomenon: large fluctuation in output signal
Reason 1: Inappropriate sampling point location.
Solution: Coordinate with the process to inspect and change the location of sampling points.
Reason 2: The combustion system is unstable, operating at overload or with open flames impacting the zirconium tube, resulting in significant changes in gas flow rate.
Solution: Check in coordination with the process, adjust process parameters, and inspect and replace air circuit valves.
Reason 3: The sample gas carries water and vaporizes in the zirconium tube.
Solution: Check for condensation or water mist in the sample gas, and slightly tilt the outlet of the zirconium tube downwards to improve the sample gas pretreatment system.
