High precision temperature and humidity recorderInstallation Details Guide
1、 Installation location selection: the foundation of precise measurement
Environmental stability
Avoid direct heat or cold sources such as air conditioning vents, heating equipment, doors and windows to prevent local temperature and humidity fluctuations from interfering with data.
Stay away from electromagnetic interference sources (such as frequency converters and motors) to avoid signal distortion.
Avoid direct sunlight or rainwater intrusion, and install protective covers if necessary. When installing outdoor agricultural greenhouses, it is necessary to choose a shading position on the north side.
Air circulation
Ensure free air flow around the sensor and avoid enclosed corners or spaces.
The sensor dust screen needs to be cleaned regularly (every 2-3 months) to prevent dust blockage from affecting response speed.
2、 Equipment fixation method: a balance between stability and flexibility
Fixed method
Wall mounted: Fixed to the wall with matching brackets or screws, suitable for long-term monitoring scenarios (such as laboratories and archives).
Magnetic suction: By attaching magnetic patches to metal surfaces (such as the inner walls of refrigerated trucks and refrigerators), it is easy to disassemble and move quickly. Attention: After pasting the magnetic patch, wait for 48 hours to reach the maximum adhesion to avoid immediate attachment and detachment.
Disk mounted: directly placed on the desktop or cabinet, suitable for temporary monitoring or portable scenarios (such as drug transportation).
Sensor layout
The temperature and humidity probe needs to be extended to the core position of the test area
Multi probe devices need to be distributed according to spatial size, with at least 3 probes arranged in environments below 3 cubic meters (as required by national standards) to ensure data representativeness.
3、 Power Supply and Connection: Stable Power Supply and Data Transmission
Power configuration
AC power supply: Use stable power sockets to avoid voltage fluctuations (such as within ± 10%).
DC power supply: The built-in lithium battery device needs to be charged regularly (once every 6 months) to prevent data loss caused by battery aging.
Solar powered (outdoor scenario): The solar panel needs to maintain a 45 ° angle with the bracket and face due south to ensure maximum light absorption.
Data connection
Wired connection: Connect to a computer via RS485/RS232 interface and use specialized software to set parameters such as sampling frequency and alarm threshold.
Wireless connection: Devices that support Wi Fi/GPRS/LoRa need to insert a SIM card (only compatible with China Mobile or China Unicom) and set a data upload interval (such as once every 10 minutes).
Probe recognition: Multi probe devices need to enter the version page by long pressing the touch button after booting up, and restart to recognize the probe type (such as temperature and humidity integrated probe or dual temperature probe).
4、 Parameter setting and initialization: key steps for precise control
Basic parameters
Sampling frequency: adjusted according to demand (such as once every 1 second to 24 hours), high frequency is suitable for dynamic environments (such as clean rooms), and low frequency is suitable for long-term storage scenarios (such as archives).
Alarm threshold: Set the upper and lower limits of temperature/humidity (such as controlling drug storage at 2-8 ℃, 35% -75% RH). If exceeded, the device will trigger an audible and visual alarm or SMS notification.
Data storage cycle: Allocated based on memory capacity (such as recording every 10 minutes, which can store data for 30 days).
Sensor calibration
It is recommended to retest equipment that has been calibrated before leaving the factory once a year and compare data deviations using standard temperature and humidity sources (such as salt bath method).
The calibration cycle can be adjusted according to the usage environment, such as high humidity (>80% RH) or temperature (<-20 ℃ or>60 ℃) scenarios, which need to be shortened to once every 6 months.
5、 Verification after installation: Ensure data reliability
Functional testing
After turning on, observe whether the display screen displays temperature and humidity data normally (such as room temperature of 25 ℃ and humidity of 50% RH).
Trigger alarm test: Approach the probe with a heat/moisture source to verify if the alarm function responds promptly.
Data comparison
Continuously record data for 24 hours and compare it with a standard temperature and humidity meter. The deviation should be within ± 0.5 ℃ and ± 3% RH (high-precision equipment requirements).
Generate data report: Export curve graphs through supporting software and analyze fluctuation trends (such as whether the daily temperature difference exceeds 2 ℃).
