1. Working conditions

1Control system:

1. Siemens PLC control system from Germany, stable operation, 10 inch LCD touch screen (non-metallic button operation to avoid machine freezing), screen brightness can be adjusted according to user needs; 20 standard cleaning programs, multiple custom cleaning programs can be set as needed;

2. Interlocking device: Electronic door lock for safe operation, which can be opened through buttons, programs, and manual methods;

3. Operation permissions: three-level management permissions for operators, administrators, and system engineers; Each permission can set multiple secondary users for setting and modifying system parameters.

4. Alarm device: The control system alarms for equipment abnormalities and deviations, and can achieve automatic sound alarms. The alarm information is displayed on the screen and automatically printed and recorded. The alarm information can be displayed on the operation interface.

5. The device comes with three language systems: Chinese, English, and Russian;

5Equipment structure:

1. Loading door: front loading and equipped with a pull-down door; Equipped with a perspective window and lighting, allowing direct observation of the internal cleaning situation.

2. Equipment structure: Adopting a double-layer detachable heat-insulating and soundproof shell design to reduce heat loss. The pipeline welding process complies with the GTAW (Automatic Trajectory Welding) standard.

3. Material: 304 grade stainless steel shell, 316L grade 8K mirror stainless steel inner liner, with strong anti-corrosion function.

4. Water inlet method: The basket frame is coupled and docked from the back of the inner cavity, which can better distribute cleaning solution and make reasonable use of the inner cavity space.

5. Spray system: Equipped with standard upper and lower rotating spray arms, fan-shaped nozzles and asymmetric design to ensure wider cleaning coverage.

6. Loading basket rack: The equipment has 3 built-in water inlets and 4 layers of guide rails, which can simultaneously place 3 layers of basket racks. The basket rack is designed as a module, which can be flexibly matched and used in any combination. Each layer can place 2 module basket racks, and up to 6 module basket racks can be placed at a time to meet the compatibility cleaning of more vessels. It is not an integral basket rack and adopts a rear coupled water inlet. The upper and lower basket racks do not interfere with each other, and the modular basket rack design is more reasonable.

1. The washer has its own GPS positioning system, which can sense the running status of the equipment and the running data of the equipment to the cloud through the Internet protocol for big data aggregation and analysis. If the equipment fails, it will automatically send a fault message to inform the relevant after-sales personnel, so as to avoid unnecessary repairs and reduce the standby time. (Optional)
