Overview
The external structure of the high-precision suspended solids analyzer is based on the principle of easy operation and observation for users, and has the advantages of beautiful appearance and good observation angle. The collection cylinder is connected to four sets of filter cup supports, which can simultaneously perform four sets of sampling and testing work, thereby improving testing efficiency.
Product Details
This JBFT-03 suspended solids tester is a new type of product developed based on the JBFT-02 model, focusing on its functionality, stability, operability, appearance, and other aspects. Through long-term scientific research and repeated testing and modification by five researchers from our company, the new product has been developed. Mainly used for testing suspended solids contained in water or other liquids.

  2、 Product Features
1. Using vacuum filtration method, the suspended solids in the liquid are filtered out with a 0.45 μ m filter membrane, and their weight can be measured to calculate the content of suspended solids in the liquid;
2. This set of equipment includes a pressure control system, which allows users to adjust the upper and lower limits of vacuum pressure (LCD display). The equipment automatically controls the vacuum within the set range.
3. There are 4 filter membrane supports available for use, which can be used simultaneously or separately
4. Automatic drainage, when the filtered water reaches a certain amount, the machine will automatically drain it and resume operation after draining it completely.
5. All parts related to filtration in the equipment are made of anti-corrosion materials such as stainless steel and aluminum alloy to ensure long-term use of the equipment.

  3、 Structural advantages
1. The external structure of this device is actually based on the principle of facilitating user operation and observation, and has the advantages of beautiful appearance and good viewing angle.
2. The collection cylinder of this device is connected to four sets of filter cup supports, which can simultaneously perform four sets of sampling and testing work, thereby improving testing efficiency.
3. The selected vacuum pump has high vacuum degree, small volume, and low noise.
4. Using imported vacuum switches, the vacuum level inside the collection cylinder is displayed, and the upper and lower limits of the vacuum level can be set to control the start and stop of the vacuum pump.
5. There is a liquid level electrode inside the collection cylinder to control the liquid level of the filtered test solution inside the collection cylinder. The liquid level electrode used in this device is easy to disassemble, making it convenient for operators to regularly clean and maintain the liquid level electrode.
6. A filter cylinder (equipped with a liquid level electrode) is installed on the suction pipeline between the vacuum pump and the collection cylinder, which can filter out the water vapor sucked towards the vacuum pump and prolong the service life of the vacuum pump and vacuum oil.
7. A check valve is installed on the suction pipeline between the vacuum pump and the filter cartridge to prevent the vacuum inside the vacuum pump from flowing back into the suction pipeline in case of accidents.
8. This device has an automatic liquid discharge function. When the liquid level in the collection cylinder or the filter cylinder reaches a safe height, the control system automatically cuts off the vacuum and starts the solenoid valve to discharge the liquid.
