The high-precision carbon dioxide gas analyzer adopts off-axis integrated cavity spectroscopy (ICOS) technology, with an off-axis cavity design and an effective optical path greater than 3 km. It is based on a self-developed temperature control circuit and an ultra stable cavity design, which is then injected into an optical module and an off-axis optical pickup module design to improve the signal-to-noise ratio.
