The high flow ammonia generator adopts an integrated design, which integrates an air compressor, a purification and water removal system, an ammonia and dry air separation preparation system, and uses high-performance composite room temperature and high pressure imported hollow fiber membrane separation technology. It has the advantages of high separation efficiency, good selectivity, and long service life.
Product Details

1. The principle of nitrogen generation is PSA (Carbon Molecular Sieve Pressure Swing Adsorption Technology), with a built-in nitrogen tank and air compressor. The gas flow rate range is ≥ 40L/min (maximum flow maintenance time ≥ 24h); nitrogen purity is ≥ 99.5%.

2. Built in multi-stage filtration system, no suspended liquid, no phthalates, effectively removes sulfides and nitrides, particles<0.01 μ m, and the air compressor can automatically start and stop.

3. There is a pressure protection device.

4. Output pressure: ≥ 100PSI, adjustable at will. Running noise<60db

5. Resistant to high humidity environment: The nitrogen generator can operate normally when the relative humidity is ≥ 80%.

6. Built in water removal module, with nitrogen pressure dew point as low as ≤ -40 ℃.

7. The machine has a self check function when turned on, equipped with a nitrogen purity detection device to monitor the purity of nitrogen in real time. It needs to display information such as the startup time, compressor working time, and expected lifespan. Within 30 minutes after starting the machine, the nitrogen gas meets the purity requirement, and the actual running time is displayed online.

8. Control system: adopting a user-friendly interface, multifunctional operation, real-time display of nitrogen purity, flow rate, pressure, fault alarm, maintenance and other machine status information on the screen.

9. The instrument must operate normally in an environment with a humidity of 80% and have fully automatic condensate discharge. The bottom is equipped with load-bearing wheels and locking devices.
