High connotation automatic subcellular sampling systemSS2000 is a direct automatic sampling system used to sample specific parts of cells at the single-cell level and simultaneously perform confocal imaging of cells.
Suction head carrier
The suction head carrier is used to place a suction head holder that accommodates glass suction heads. It can automatically read the position and type of the inserted suction head and display it in the software. To prevent accidents and contamination, the suction head is for one-time use only. A buffer can be loaded to prevent the sample from being adsorbed onto the pipette tip.
Suction head disposal box
The disposal box is used to handle used glass suction heads to prevent injury and contamination. The entire disposal box can be removed from the mouth of the disposal box, so that it can be processed without touching the glass suction head. If the number of suction heads reaches a certain level, the software will display an alarm to indicate when to handle the suction heads.
Cultivation/Incubation Carrier
The culture/incubation rack is used to place cells cultured in various containers and simultaneously capture images and take samples through confocal microscopy. Can use culture dishes with a diameter of 35mm and microplates (6-96 wells). *1
Recycling carrier
The recycling rack is used to recycle samples discharged to PCR plates and porous culture plates (96 wells). Optional cooling or cultivation function. If the sample needs to be directly analyzed by mass spectrometry, it can be retained in the suction head without the need to discharge the sample.

Accurate positioning and pipetting control
Based on the live cell imaging product technology developed by Yokogawa Electric, using Yokogawa Electric's confocal microscope technology, high-speed and high-resolution 3D imaging can be achieved. Samples can be obtained from the target cell population using confocal microscopy in a culture environment. Delay photography can also be used to capture the dynamic changes of target cells. Due to the ability to record moving images during sampling and images before and after sampling, the analysis results of the collected samples can be compared with cellular imaging data.
