It can quickly obtain the weight of products and make corresponding processing. Qualified products are transported to the next process, and unqualified products are removed to the defective product area. This improves the work efficiency of automated production lines for mass production and reduces the outflow of defective products.

The weighing preparation product enters the feeding conveyor, and the speed setting of the feeding conveyor is generally determined based on the spacing of the products and the required speed. The purpose is to ensure that only one product is on the weighing platform during the weighing process. During the weighing process, when the product enters the weighing conveyor, the system identifies the product to be tested as entering the weighing area based on external signals such as photoelectric switch signals or internal level signals. Based on the operating speed and length of the weighing conveyor, or based on the level signal, the system can determine the time when the product leaves the weighing conveyor. From the moment the product enters the weighing platform to the moment it leaves, the weighing sensor will detect the signal shown in the figure below. The controller selects the signal from the stable agricultural area for processing to obtain the weight of the product.

1.Automatic checkweigherThe sensor is a very sensitive measuring device and should be handled with caution. Avoid vibration, compression, or objects falling onto the weighing platform (weighing conveyor belt). Do not place tools on the weighing platform.

During the transportation of the automatic weighing scale, the weighing conveyor belt needs to be fixed in its original position with screws and nuts.

3. The products to be weighed should enter the automatic weighing scale regularly, that is, the spacing between the products should be as equal as possible, which is a prerequisite for reliable weighing. Please keep the photoelectric switch clean! Due to dust, stains, or moisture condensation on optical components, it may cause malfunctions. If necessary, please gently wipe these components with a soft cloth or cotton cloth.

4. Please keep the weighing belt conveyor of the automatic weighing scale clean, as stains or residue left by the product may cause malfunctions. You can use compressed air to blow away dirt or wipe with a damp soft cloth.

If the automatic weighing scale is equipped with a belt conveyor, please check the conveyor regularly. The conveyor belt should not come into contact with any protective devices or transition plates (smooth plates between adjacent conveyor belts), as this can cause additional wear and vibration, which may have a negative impact on accuracy. If protective devices are installed, please check if they are in good condition and installed in the correct position. Replace the worn belt as quickly as possible.
