Product Details

Heating source simulation vehicle overheating system GB44263-2024

Equipment model: Sun GRT

Manufacturing unit: Shenzhen Sunshine Yueda Technology Co., Ltd

One Equipment Overview:

We, Sunshine Yueda, develop and produce according to the following standard testing requirements:

GB44263-2024 "Safety Requirements for Conductive Charging Systems of Electric Vehicles" 9.4.2.1 AC Charging Interface Temperature Protection Function Test and 9.4.2.2 DC Vehicle Interface Temperature Protection Function Test. GB39752-2024 Safety Requirements for Electric Vehicle Power Supply Equipment

GB/T202341-2024 "Connection devices for conductive charging of electric vehicles - Part 1: General requirements"

GB/T20234.2-2015 "Connection devices for conductive charging of electric vehicles - Part 2: AC charging interface"

GB/T 20234.3-2023 "Connection devices for conductive charging of electric vehicles - Part 3: DC charging interface"

GBT-20234.4-2023 Connection Device for Conductive Charging of Electric Vehicles Part 4: High Power DC Charging Interface

IEC 62196-1:2014 plugs, electrical sockets, vehicle connectors, and vehicle entry lines Electric vehicle conductive charging Part 1: General Requirements.

II Main experimental requirements:

The temperature protection function of the DC vehicle interface should be tested as follows, from Test 1 to Test 5

Experiment 2 Slow Fault Test: Turn on the heat exchange device (if any), output the rated continuous current of the DC power supply equipment, and apply

Heating fault power Pmin, check whether the DC power supply equipment reduces the charging power or triggers before the T1 temperature reaches 105 ℃

Fault shutdown.

Experiment 3 Quick Fault Test: Turn on the heat exchange device (if any), output the rated continuous current of the DC power supply equipment, and apply

Heating fault power 2 × Pmin, check whether the DC power supply equipment reduces the charging power or touches before the T1 temperature reaches 105 ℃

Shutdown due to malfunction.

Experiment 4: Sudden slow fault test: Turn on the heat exchange device (if any), the DC power supply equipment outputs the rated continuous current, and wait for Ts

After the temperature rise of the T1 temperature sensor stabilizes, apply the heating fault power Pmin and check whether the DC power supply equipment reaches the T1 temperature

Trigger a fault shutdown before reaching 105 ℃.

III Main technical parameters:

1. Control system: using branded PLC controller, 7-inch touch screen operation;

2. Temperature acquisition: 2 independent temperature acquisition channels;

3. Temperature rise rate: 5 ± 0.5K/min can be set;

4. Equipment power supply: 220V 50Hz;

5. Dimensions: (length x width x height mm) approximately 500 * 500 * 1200.
