What is the working principle of heat pump drying equipment?

During the operation of this device, it mainly uses the pressure of the compressor and the conversion of high-temperature gas to condense the steam generated during the drying process and discharge it outdoors. Steam evaporation is common in the drying process, and if the evaporated water is not discharged outside in a timely manner, the purpose of product drying cannot be achieved. In addition, it will increase drying time, causing waste and resource loss. In the design principle of this device, steam can be directly treated with hot air and then quickly discharged through a dehydration system to achieve the purpose of drying the product. Secondly, add the refrigerant throttle valve to the heat pump drying equipment. This throttle valve can absorb the water vapor discharged into the compressor for further reciprocating, which can maintain the temperature inside the drying chamber and also play a role in reuse.
