The principle of a heat pump dryer is to use the inverse Carnot principle to absorb heat from the external environment and transfer it to the drying room, thereby increasing the temperature of the air inside the drying room and using hot air to achieve material drying. This dryer is divided into a heat pump system and an air circulation system. The heat pump system consists of equipment such as a compressor evaporator throttle valve condenser compressor, while the air circulation system consists of a circulation fan and an air channel.
The refrigerant circulates in the system under the action of the compressor. In the compressor, the gas is pressurized and heated (at a temperature of 115 degrees Celsius). It enters the heat pump dryer and releases high-temperature heat to heat the air in the drying chamber. At the same time, it is cooled and converted into a liquid. When the heat pump dryer runs to an external machine, the liquid absorbs heat relatively quickly and evaporates back into gas. At the same time, when the temperature drops to 20-30 degrees Celsius, the air around the heat absorber will turn into gas, and heat will be continuously transferred to the refrigerant. The continuous turnover of the refrigerant can transfer the heat in the air to the drying chamber, heating the air temperature inside the chamber.
Heat pump dryers can be applied to various industries, such as food, grass materials, fruits and vegetables, etc.
