Headspace gas analyzer Dansensor ® CheckMate 4 SVIt is a small desktop headspace gas analyzer that combines high accuracy and reliability with an intuitive user experience. Multi language touch screens help reduce the training time required for new operators. At the same time, individual user login provides limited access to functionality, which helps protect data and traceability.

Save product testing settings to ensure complete and comparable data records. You can quickly switch between product testing settings on the screen or scan the barcode of the product using a barcode scanner (optional). Automated data storage and real-time data transmission ensure accuracy and speed, eliminating the time and risk of manual data input. The optional PC software can easily monitor data from multiple packaging lines and prepare for auditing.

Dansensor® CheckMate 4 SVImproved the sampling system and sampling pump to avoid blockages and ensure smooth operation. The sensor module of the instrument can be upgraded to a new calibration module within a few minutes. *The service and calibration options vary by country.

Standard version（CheckMate 4）

The standard CheckMate 4 can be equipped with an O2 sensor or dual sensors for O2 and CO2. Provide two different oxygen sensors suitable for specific application scenarios.

Oxygen sensor (zirconia)The fastest, most reliable, and accurate sensor suitable for most food and healthcare applications. Sensitive to alcohol and high concentrations of carbon monoxide/carbon dioxide.

Oxygen sensor (electrochemical)Suitable for oxygen sensors packaged with alcohol or high concentrations of carbon monoxide/carbon dioxide.
