The AmtaxNA8000 ammonia nitrogen analyzer adopts the salicylic acid indophenol blue method for the determination of ammonia nitrogen, and has made improvements in measurement accuracy, stability, and maintenance. The ammonia nitrogen analyzer adopts a dual wavelength and dual path colorimetric dish design (No. ZL201720404712.9), with automatic switching of four ranges, automatic calibration and cleaning, and supports data storage and graphic display.

Working principle:

The AmtaxNA8000 ammonia nitrogen analyzer uses the salicylic acid indophenol blue method to determine the concentration of ammonia nitrogen. Due to the action of the catalyst, NH4+reacts with hypochlorite ions and salicylate ions in an alkaline medium to generate indophenol compounds, which appear green. Within the measurement range of the ammonia nitrogen analyzer, the degree of color change is directly proportional to the concentration of NH4+in the sample. Therefore, the ammonia nitrogen analyzer calculates the concentration of NH4+in the sample by measuring the degree of color change, thereby achieving the determination of ammonia nitrogen.
