3、 Requirements for specimen processing:

1. Cut a 20mm section from the 100mm * 100mm specimen and wash it clean.

2. Carefully grind 400 and 800 grit diamond sand on the 100mm * 100mm observation surface. After each grinding, it should be washed clean before waking up for the next grinding.

3. After washing thoroughly, dry in an oven at 105 ℃± 5 ℃.

4. Use a wide headed black oil-based marker to blacken the observation surface of the specimen until the color of the specimen itself cannot be seen.

5. Fill the bubbles with white calcium carbonate powder with a particle size of less than 10um, and remove excess on the surface with a blade.

6. When viewed under the camera, when a suitable light source is illuminated at a low angle of incidence on the observation surface, the surface bubble interface and aggregate pores are observed to be basically flat, with clear bubble edges, indicating that the observation section has been processed appropriately.
