The ROHS2.0 tester, as a mass spectrometry product, has the following characteristics:

(1) High sensitivity

The GCMS-QP2020 NX RoHS2.0 detector adopts an overall inert high-sensitivity ion source and "ODlens technology" combined with a "new low-noise CPU board", which not only reduces the noise caused by the sample matrix, but also reduces electronic noise, thereby improving sensitivity. On the basis of the previous model, the signal-to-noise ratio has been increased to 200:

1. It meets the requirements of conventional detection and has two sensitivity modes to choose from. By adjusting the tuning parameters, it can be applied to the analysis of various samples and obtain very ideal results.

(2) Stable performance vacuum system

The GCMS-QP2020 NX RoHS2.0 detector is equipped with a Hipace 80 L/sec vacuum system, which has stable performance and low maintenance frequency. The column flow rate can reach 4mL/min and can be configured with multiple types of chromatography columns.

(3) Ultra fast scanning performance (ASSP technology)

The GCMS-QP2020 NX RoHS2.0 detector adopts a high-precision all metal quadrupole mass analyzer, combined with a newly designed high-speed data acquisition and processing platform, with a fast scanning speed (10000 u/sec). When collecting data at high speed, Advanced Scanning Speed Protocol (ASSP) technology is used to accelerate ion transport, effectively reduce the problem of high-quality end discrimination, and minimize the sensitivity and accuracy of mass spectra during high-speed scanning. Especially in the application of Fast GCMS and Scan/SIM simultaneous measurement FASST mode, the sensitivity of scanning data can be effectively improved, and classic mass spectra can be obtained, making the GCMS-QP2020 NX RoHS2.0 detector more excellent in rapid analysis. (4) The Electronic Flow Control System

The electronic flow control system AFC of GCMS-QP2020 NX RoHS2.0 detector can achieve constant linear velocity control of the carrier gas (technology). During the process of program heating, the carrier gas can maintain the same linear velocity, which can keep the column efficiency in the best state and achieve excellent experimental results. Using the same chromatographic column and under the same instrument conditions, the gas phase and gas quality can achieve the same retention time.

(5) Dual jet cooling system

The GCMS-QP2020 NX RoHS2.0 detector has a "dual jet cooling system", which adds a cooling fan at the air inlet. During cooling, the air circulation is optimized to achieve rapid cooling. The time required to cool from 450 ℃ to 50 ℃ is less than 3.4 minutes, greatly improving the efficiency of analysis.
