Hanging corrosion monitoring system

Hanging devices are divided into probe hanging devices, expandable and non expandable hanging devices (flange type), plug type and other forms.

(1) Probe hanger
Probe hanger is a type of hanger installed at the front end of corrosion monitoring probes. The hanger and probe are in the same monitoring environment and can perform comparative analysis of corrosion data. Hangers are divided into the following two types:

(2) Scalable hanger
Scalable hangers are divided into two types: high temperature and low temperature, which are respectively used in conjunction with low-temperature packing boxes and high-temperature packing boxes, and can be disassembled under pressure.

(3) Non retractable high-temperature flange hanger
This type of hanger is used in high-temperature hazardous environments and cannot be disassembled under pressure. It is fixed and installed through flange plates.

(4) Fully enclosed detachable hanging device
The fully enclosed detachable hanger consists of two main parts: the carrier, which is the hanger body, the plug, and the protective cover are optional and are recommended for use in most applications.

(5) Corrosion test piece group placement rack
The corrosion test piece group placement bracket is a hanging piece installation bracket that is placed inside various towers. The types are shown in the table below:
