Zinc oxide lightning arrester is an important protective equipment for power supply lines and equipment. Therefore, regular testing of zinc oxide lightning arresters in power lines can effectively eliminate potential safety hazards, ensure the safe operation of the power system, and improve the quality of power supply.

Explanation: According to different voltage levels, the voltage applied to the lightning arrester is generated by the boosting test transformer.
2) The voltage signal is taken from the low voltage side of the test transformer, and its voltage value must not exceed 250V. At this time, the instrument can customize the voltage level of the primary and secondary sides according to the transformation ratio of the test transformer, so as to measure the true voltage value applied to the lightning arrester.
3) Connect a 200 Ω -500 Ω resistor (1/4W or more) to the end of the lightning arrester and ground it (as shown in the diagram). The current signal is taken from both ends of the resistor. The internal resistance of the instrument current channel is approximately zero to ensure that all current flows through the instrument during testing. No resistance is required, but A-phase testing must be selected.
3. When the instrument is connected to the test line as required, turn on the power switch, and the LCD displays the main menu.
