Overview

The LED black light BB 2.0 Helios for Swedish Lanbao BB2.0 flaw detection has been tested and meets ASTM E3022-15 and ISO 3059-12 standards. It produces an intensity of approximately 9000 μ w/cm2 at 38 centimeters (15 inches). The battery version has a runtime of 6 hours. The protection level is IP68 and it is resistant to penetration. The BB 2.0 series ultraviolet LED products Artemis, Helios, and Ikaros are lamps with * and wide ultraviolet output, ranging from 4000 to 22000 μ W/cm2. According to IEC 62471, all four models mentioned above have Level 3 riskClassification

Eight high-quality UV LEDs with white light blocking filters that are not affected by sunlight, covering a wide range of over 10 inches/26 centimeters, and weighing less than many similar products. The power supply model weighs only 1.2 kg (2.6 lbs), while the battery powered model (DUO) weighs only 1.7 kg (3.7 lbs). They are widely used for on-site inspections or MPI workbenches. All BB 2.0 series models have IP68 Protection level certification.

Please note that installing multiple UV LEDs in a small casing with a few millimeters apart from each other in a regular UV lamp can generate excessive heat, significantly reducing the lifespan of the LEDs. Due to the small size of the casing and the large number of LEDs, you cannot observe LED malfunctions as there is still some light coming out. Although the light will rapidly decrease, it cannot be verified whether it complies with ASTM E3022, and therefore it cannot be verified whether it complies with the NADCAP checklist. ASTM E3022 requires the replacement of critical components, such as faulty LEDs, before use.
