1. Product Introduction:
Handheld Line Width and Distance Tester D300BIt is an optical measuring instrument used to achieve precision detection. It uses a light source to illuminate the circuit board under test, and after optical amplification and camera photoelectric signal conversion, the image signal is transmitted to the computer to display a clear image interface. Then, the image measurement area is directly selected by the mouse for edge detection and return of measurement results. It is mainly designed to detect the upper and lower width of the inner and outer semi-finished products of printed circuit boards after development and etching (before applying green oil), basically meeting the line width detection of finished and semi-finished products in various thicknesses of PCB boards on the market. It adopts domestic and foreign technologies and spare parts, and is equipped with clear and easy to learn operating software with a clear interface.
2. Product Features:
1) Measurement of line width above and below the selected area: measure the width of burrs and copper edges within the selected area;
2) Box menu line width measurement: measure the width between two lines in the selected area of the box;

Can be extended to micro size measurement of other electronic components.
