Overview
The electronic components of the heavy hammer level gauge are controlled by intelligent motors, and each measurement cycle is initiated by lowering the hammer/steel cable assembly into the container. Magnetic technology is also used to detect contact with the material surface. After the measurement data is refreshed, the motor runs in reverse, and the hammer/steel cable returns to its initial position, achieving the purpose of medium visualization and process automation. 1. The level gauge should be installed vertically on the bracket, and the steel wire rope should not touch the center hole of the shell base in any way, otherwise the service life of the steel wire rope will be greatly reduced.
