1. Static pressure box section

The static pressure box, as an air filtration system, is the most important system to ensure the performance of this equipment. This section mainly consists of fans, air ducts, coarse filters, and high-efficiency filters.

2. Base

The base is an important component used to support the working chamber, consisting of three parts: the left support of the base, the rear support of the base, and the right support of the base.

3. Working chamber

This section consists of a work frame, stainless steel workbench, back plate, and cover plate. The airflow from the inlet enters the internal circulation duct, and the cleanliness of the working chamber reaches ISO level 5 or higher, providing a clean experimental operating environment.

4. High efficiency filter

The position of the workbench air outlet is equipped with a high-efficiency filter, which is a non partition high-efficiency filter with a filtration efficiency of 99.99% according to national standards. It is used as the final stage of air purification filtration equipment. This high-efficiency filter is made of moisture-proof and flame-retardant glass fiber filter paper imported from the United States, double-sided spray coated steel mesh, electroplated aluminum extruded profiles, and double-sided closed cell chloroprene rubber, which are then sealed with sealant. High efficiency filters generally need to be replaced every 3-5 years depending on the on-site usage environment. Please contact the manufacturer for filter replacement.

5. Primary filter

The air inlet of this clean bench is equipped with a primary filter, which serves as a pre filter for the high-efficiency filter to reduce its load and extend its service life.

6. Fan

This clean workbench is equipped with a fan, which provides the driving force for the air flow in the ventilation circuit. The fan is composed of a motor, impeller, and other parts. This fan is a high-performance energy-saving and environmentally friendly fan with low noise, low energy consumption, and high efficiency.

7. Electrical components

Electrical components: consisting of fans, lighting fixtures, ultraviolet sterilization lamps, and computer boards, each of which is integrated. In order to ensure equipment and personal safety, the workbench is equipped with a grounding device, which must be grounded when used after positioning.
