HZGO-A-031/100 Atos Pilot Pressure Reducing ValveWorking principle: A pressure reducing valve adjusts the flow rate of the medium by controlling the opening and closing of the opening and closing components inside the valve body, reducing the pressure of the medium. At the same time, the opening of the opening and closing components is adjusted by the pressure behind the valve, keeping the pressure behind the valve within a certain range. Cooling water is sprayed into the valve body or behind the valve to reduce the temperature of the medium. This type of valve is called a pressure reducing and temperature reducing valve. The selection of quick and easy automation for pressure reducing valves is included. The characteristic of this valve is to maintain the outlet pressure and temperature values within a certain range while the inlet pressure is constantly changing.


Pressure reducing valves can be divided into diaphragm type, spring diaphragm type, piston type, lever type, and bellows type according to their structural forms; According to the number of valve seats, it can be divided into single seat and double seat types; According to the position of the valve disc, it can be divided into positive action type and reverse action type. When the output pressure or diameter of the pilot operated pressure reducing valve is high, using a pressure regulating spring to directly regulate the pressure will inevitably result in excessive spring stiffness. When the flow rate changes, the output pressure fluctuates greatly, and the structural size of the valve will also increase. To overcome these drawbacks, a pilot operated pressure reducing valve can be used. The working principle of a pilot operated pressure reducing valve is basically the same as that of a direct acting valve. The pressure regulating gas used in pilot operated pressure reducing valves is supplied by small direct acting pressure reducing valves. If a small direct acting pressure reducing valve is installed inside the valve body, it is called an internal pilot operated pressure reducing valve; If a small direct acting pressure reducing valve is installed outside the main valve body, it is called an external pilot operated pressure reducing valve.
