The pressure switch can detect pressure and liquid level signals, achieving pressure and liquid level monitoring and control.
main function
EDS 3346-2-0016-000-F1 pressure switch is used to measure the pressure status through pipelines (water and refrigerant) or through pipelines with refrigerant, usually used to display and control pressure. Adjust the setting value to achieve a service life of 100000 times (JC series ≥ 400000 times): If the accuracy requirement for the setting value is not high, it can be debugged according to the controller scale and system pressure gauge. If the setting value requirement is too high, a pressure calibrator and pressure gauge should be used for debugging. A high-sensitivity single blade double throw switch is installed inside the pressure switch. This switch can set two switching values, commonly referred to as upper bound switching value and lower bound switching value.
Function debugging
The adjustment screw on the top right side of the pressure switch allows for direct adjustment of the upper limit switch value;
Upper limit switching value - switch pressure=lower limit switching value: The upper limit switching value can be adjusted directly on the ruler through 1-3 operations.
Set the pressure control screw with a range of 0.1~1.0Mpa and rotate it on the top right side.

EDS3346 is a small pressure relay with digital display, which can have one or two switch signal outputs and can also choose analog signal output.
The 4-digit number and unit of measurement are bar. You can choose PSI or MPa, and if you change the measurement unit, the preset switch of EDS3446 will also change accordingly.

Operation Method
1. Method for setting control pressure
(1) Short press the ON/OFF button to turn off the running indicator light and the pressure control system.
(2) Set control upper/lower limit
Short press the SET button once to enter the lower limit setting state (corresponding to the lower limit indicator light on), set the value through (▲) (▼), and after setting the lower limit, short press the SET button to enter the upper limit setting. The setting method is the same as above.
(3) After the setting is completed, press the SET button to automatically save the set values to the computer chip (if there is no button operation within 5 seconds after parameter modification, the current parameter settings will be automatically saved).
(4) Press the ON/OFF button again (corresponding to the running indicator light on), and the motor will start working.
2. Unit switching method: Short press the ON/OFF operation button to turn off the operation indicator light, and short press the increase button (▲) to switch units between MPa, Kg/cm, and PSI at will. After setting, turn on the running indicator light.
3. Zero position reset function: Short press the ON/OFF operation button to turn off the operation indicator light, and long press the decrease button (▼) for 5 seconds to reset the current pressure value and correct the zero position error. After setting, turn on the running indicator light. (When using this function, the pressure switch must not apply pressure.)
System Function Mode
Press and hold the SET button for 3 seconds to enter the system settings, then press and hold the SET button briefly to display the following functional modes in sequence.
After setting all functional modes, press the (ON/OFF) run button to automatically store the set values in the computer chip.
