This instrument is a small portable Rockwell hardness tester. Principle of Rockwell hardness test, standard Rockwell hardness test conditions, in accordance with Chinese standard GB/T230.2

Used for testing the Rockwell hardness of thinner sheets and small parts, testing parts on ultra long, irregular, and assembled equipment, and testing heat-treated finished and semi-finished parts of various shapes and sizes.

The instrument can test flat or curved workpieces as long as the workpiece can be clamped and the tested surface is perpendicular to the indenter.

Used for production inspection and acceptance inspection, it can replace the low precision Leeb hardness tester.

1. It has a wide range of applications and can be used on desks or carried in workshops.

2. With small indentation and fast testing speed, it can be used as a non-destructive testing tool for item by item inspection of finished or semi-finished workpieces.
