The reactivity and strength of coke after reaction are important indicators for determining coke quality and guiding blast furnace production, especially with the trend of large-scale blast furnaces. This indicator can better reflect the thermal performance of coke and its skeleton role in the blast furnace, and can guide coke production and blast furnace use of coke. The test requires that the surface of the sample be basically consistent to ensure good sample repeatability. Due to the strict requirements for sample size and shape in the experiment, as well as the need for a large number of sample fractions, manual sample preparation is labor-intensive and subject to many human factors, which cannot meet the experimental needs.
The HXZYX-HN1 coke particle spheroidization machine can quickly complete sample preparation, and integrates sample preparation, grinding, screening, and dust removal. It can directly produce irregular large blocks of coke into spherical coke suitable for coke reaction and post reaction strength testing. The equipment adopts PLC control technology and LCD screen display operation mode. Combined with all Chinese operation buttons, the sample preparation work can be easily completed. It is also designed with an external dust removal port to clean the coke powder during the test process.
