Usage Overview
HWS series constant temperature and humidity weighing systemAlso known as filter membrane balance weighing system, ultrafine particle weighing system, total suspended particle weighing system, atmospheric monitoring weighing workstation, constant temperature and humidity workstation. The constant temperature and humidity weighing system is designed to meet the requirements of relevant regulations in the Ministry of Environmental Protection. A high-precision balance is placed in a constant temperature and humidity environment, and the sample to be weighed is placed in a constant temperature and humidity chamber for 24 hours to balance before weighing. This product solves the problem of the influence of temperature and humidity changes in the laboratory environment on the weighing results of samples, greatly improving the accuracy of weighing sample results. This system is suitable for weighing low concentration particulate matter such as fixed pollution source exhaust gas. It is mainly used in environmental and meteorological monitoring stations, atmospheric weighing filter membranes, scientific research institutions, and third-party testing laboratories.

vUsing a color touch screen control system, real-time temperature and humidity values are displayed, and temperature and humidity fluctuation curves can be viewed separately through temperature and humidity curves. Historical temperature and humidity data can be recorded and viewed through tables;
vThe inner liner is made of stainless steel material, and the outer shell is electrostatically sprayed with plastic. The compressor and other vibration sources are separated from the box to avoid interference with the weighing system caused by equipment vibration;
vThe secondary optimization design of the air duct structure ensures uniform temperature and humidity inside the box, while avoiding airflow disturbance that affects the weighing results;
vThe heating and cooling systems are independent, with a high stability process. The filtration process takes less than 30 minutes and can be weighed immediately after stabilization;
vThe box is sealed with negative pressure, and the internal and external air pressure is isolated during operation to prevent cross contamination of samples and interference of environmental particles;
vIt has safety protection functions such as leakage, overload, short circuit, over temperature, water shortage, fan overheating, compressor, as well as temperature over temperature alarm;
vThe workbench is equipped with multi-level shock-absorbing brackets to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the weighing system. It can be customized with sample brackets and adapted to various weighing carriers such as filter membranes and measuring cylinders;
vIntegrated balance communication interface, compatible with brands such as Mettler and Sartorius scales, real-time synchronized display of weighing data, and automatic recording into the instrument system;
vIt can be expanded into a fully automatic constant temperature and humidity weighing system, with reserved interfaces for a robotic arm, anti-static module, and automatic sample changing system. It can be upgraded to an unmanned weighing platform, which can be controlled by PLC programming to achieve fully automatic weighing of samples.
