New Concept Technology: HuaweiHWN-P1500 Nano Laser Direct Writing SystemThrough the nonlinear interaction between laser and material, the limitation of optical diffraction limit has been successfully overcome, achieving nanoscale processing resolution, and the smallest pore diameter can reach 50nm.
