Main components:

Control system:

The system adopts an international brand fully enclosed vortex compressor, which has the characteristics of high energy efficiency ratio, low vibration, and reliable operation. The imported branded external balanced thermal expansion valve is adopted, which has mature technology and high reliability, and has the function of self balancing the refrigeration system in any situation. Expansion valves can be divided into capillary or electronic throttling methods.

Fan system:

The indoor fan adopts a well-known brand of dual inlet, low-noise centrifugal fan, which has the characteristics of balanced operation, low vibration, low noise, high efficiency, and long service life. The outdoor unit also adopts well-known brand low-noise axial flow fans, which have the characteristics of high efficiency, large air volume, and low noise.

Control system:

Supports multiple languages and has a built-in Chinese display operator, with temperature, humidity, and fault code display, working status and parameter query. All operation settings are displayed in Chinese, which conforms to humanized design, precise control, and easy operation. The upper right image shows the CBOS touch panel control system, while the lower right image shows the CBOS touch button control system.

Filtering system:

The filter is a permanent double-layer nylon mesh, which is easy to disassemble and wash, and can be installed with more efficient filters according to customer requirements. The air cleanliness is defined in GB 50073-2013 "Code for Design of Cleanrooms".

Unit structure:

The outer shell of the unit is welded in a heart-shaped manner, which has strong impact resistance. Electrode humidification system:

Hose connector and dryer and compressor clutch:

Combine rubber with steel or aluminum alloy pipes to allow Freon to pass between other major components. The storage and filtration inside the dryer are for Freon. Its main purpose is to use refrigerant to remove moisture. The purpose of the compressor clutch is to engage and disengage the compressor.

Refrigerant and Schrader valve:

The liquid or gas commonly known as Freon can pass through all other components in the refrigeration system (R22/R407). Valves are used to control the entry of refrigerant into the system and the inspection of system pressure.

Evaporator:

This is a process of evaporating liquid refrigerant into gaseous form. When the refrigerant evaporates, it becomes very cold, allowing the interior to cool down.

Protection function:

The unit has functions such as motor overload, short circuit, overcurrent, phase sequence protection, heating over temperature protection, compressor high and low voltage protection, compressor exhaust high temperature protection, compressor frequent start protection, supply fan fault protection, wind pressure fault protection, humidifier fault protection, etc. To ensure the normal operation of the unit, the unit has a fire alarm signal interface connected to the fire protection system. When a fire occurs, the fire protection system sends a fire alarm signal to the control system, and the unit enters a shutdown state. The crew also provides interface modules (RS-232-485) and software options.
