The rotary dehumidifier is a dehumidification device developed by our company based on more than ten years of experience in designing and manufacturing refrigeration dehumidifiers, which can be used in low-temperature environments. Due to the temperature range of 18-38 degrees, the dehumidification capacity of the refrigeration dehumidifier decreases significantly in low-temperature environments, and even frost does not dehumidify. Moreover, the minimum humidity cannot be further reduced at RH30%, making it unsuitable for environments with low-temperature and high-temperature requirements. The rotary dehumidifier solves this industry problem and expands the application field of dehumidifiers. It is widely used in cold storage, pharmaceuticals, lithium batteries, film workshops, glass laminating and other places. It also plays an important role in the application of food and dried seafood.
The main structure of the rotary dehumidifier is a continuously rotating honeycomb shaped drying wheel, which is composed of a corrugated medium made of special composite heat-resistant materials, and the corrugated medium contains a moisture absorbing agent.
On both sides of the dehumidification wheel, the partition made of highly sealed elastic material is divided into two fan-shaped areas: one is the 270 ° fan-shaped area for processing humid air, and the other is the 90 ° fan-shaped area for regenerating air. When the humid air to be processed enters the 270 ° fan-shaped area of the wheel, the water molecules in the air are absorbed by the moisture absorbent inside the wheel, and the dried air is sent to the dry air outlet through the processing fan. The wheel rotates at a speed of 8-10 revolutions per hour. After the fan surface in the air processing area absorbs water molecules and becomes saturated, it will automatically switch to the regeneration air end fan area and enter the regeneration process.
During the regeneration process, the regenerated air is heated (around 120 ℃) and enters the fan surface of the wheel regeneration zone. At high temperatures, water molecules in the wheel are desorbed and dissipated into the regenerated air. Due to the loss of heat during the desorption process, the temperature of the regenerated air decreases and becomes humid air with a high moisture content, which is discharged outdoors by the regeneration fan. Dehumidification and regeneration are carried out simultaneously, with the air to be treated continuously dehumidified and the rotor continuously regenerating to continuously dehumidify the air.
