The fan impeller and casing are made of high-quality galvanized sheet metal, all produced in molds using riveting, biting and other methods, with a clean and smooth surface and no welding deformation.

The soundproof box body of the fan adopts a frame and box plate assembly design. The frame is made of advanced metal cold bending unit and stretched in one go (aluminum alloy profiles can also be used according to user needs). The box plate is a color coated plate with a clean and beautiful surface and strong corrosion resistance. The inner layer is galvanized soundproof micro perforated plate and the interlayer is ultra-fine glass wool, which can further reduce noise. The product can be disassembled and installed on site.
