Product Overview:


The HR-4A microcomputer ash melting point tester uses a microcomputer to automatically control the ash melting point measurement process. The camera captures the gray cone image and displays it on the designated position of the computer monitor through image processing technology. The temperature change of the furnace is PID regulated and controlled by a front-end single-chip microcomputer, and the temperature is transmitted to the microcomputer system through a serial port, displaying a time temperature image.


Main features:

The microcomputer automatically controls the temperature rise, and the temperature rise characteristics comply with the national standard GB/T219-2008;

The gray cone image is displayed in the image acquisition area of the microcomputer monitor;

The system has the function of storing and calling test results;
